2. We Diagnose It — Our mechanic will inspect and diagnose the cause of the problem.
3. We File the Warranty — We submit the required information to the manufacturer for review.
4. We Handle the Repair — If approved, we complete the authorized warranty repair.

WARRANTY DIAGNOSTIC POLICY

A $110 diagnostic fee applies when equipment is dropped off for warranty evaluation.

If the manufacturer approves the warranty claim and covers the diagnostic charge, the $110 diagnostic fee is waived.

If the issue is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty, the customer is responsible for the diagnostic fee and will be contacted before any additional customer-pay repairs are completed.

All warranty coverage and approvals are determined by the manufacturer according to their warranty terms.
